- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, food preparation.
- Document and report any changes in client's health status.
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Ensure client safety and well-being.
- Communicate with health care professionals and families regarding the client's emotional and medical condition.
- Drivers License
- Auto Insurance
- Willing to travel 30-35 minutes within the greater JAX area
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Available to work a variety of shifts
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
- Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus
- No experience required but medical experience is a plus.
- 4-12 hour shifts
- Day shift
