    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of Community Managers across various international regions specifically focused on supporting the global AR designer and developer ecosystem
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for fostering and growing a global community of developers passionate about TikTok's platform.
    • Devise initiatives to actively engage developers, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the TikTok developer ecosystem.
    • Act as daytoday critical issue point for all supported global regions and advisor
    • Coordinate with the team to drive vision, strategy, and best practices to help standardize business processes, tools, and other initiatives
    • Source, onboard and support growth of a global ecosystem of designers and developers to build innovative AR features and experiences for TikTok
    • Develop strategies and programs to grow and scale the community and drive adoption of TikTok's AR platform, including highimpact virtual and inperson events (e.g., workshops, livestreams, tutorials, meetups)
    • Provide technical and creative support and relationship management to designers and developers to drive longterm retention
    • Monitor all activities associated with community management operations and ensure compliance and alignment to program objectives in every day transactions on all global scale
    • Manage all communications with the team and maintain knowledge of all employee performance and ensure achievement of all business objectives
    • Gather feedback and insights from the designer and developer community to feed into the TikTok AR platform roadmap
    • Partner closely with cross functional teams (PR, Comms, Legal, Content Marketing, etc.) to provide insights and actionable next steps on global insights and trends
    • Prepare presentations for the team and senior management highlighting performance in an easytounderstand, executiveready manner
    • Ensure execution of SLAs, community satisfaction, and metrics for supported processes
    Qualifications


    • Experience working on a global product with international teams in different time zones
    • Experience establishing and driving global processes and working across cultures in a diverse work environment
    • Strong project management skills and understands the need to coordinate worldwide teams on a global listening approach to drive evolution of strategy
    • Passionate about TikTok and the latest AR technologies
    • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and nontechnical audiences
    • Flexible working schedule with late night/early morning support hours, if needed

    Preferred qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience leading teams, building and managing creator/developer communities or partnerships
    • BS/BA in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
    • Experience working building strategies and managing global communities
    • Experience with creation/design tools (e.g., Adobe, Figma), 3D game engines or modeling/animation software (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Maya), and AR/VR platforms
    • Demonstrated success in a selfstarter and collaborator in a fastpaced and changing environment.
    • Strong creative and analytical skills in regards to Community Management
