    Position Overview

    Currently, we are looking for a skilled Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis in Gaithersburg, MD. This role necessitates on-site presence at our office from Monday to Friday, within regular working hours without remote work options.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conceive and implement cutting-edge technical solutions for satellite and terrestrial communication systems, specializing in high-speed digital hardware, FPGA development, and mixed-signal ASIC circuit design
    • Engage in various stages of product lifecycle management, from conceptualization to maintenance, involving analysis, integration, testing, and delivery
    • Collaborate effectively across different departments including business, engineering, operations, and manufacturing
    • Conduct component selection and laboratory testing for new product development
    • Execute hands-on testing, validation, and optimization utilizing lab tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and function generators
    • Conduct schematic capture, high-speed signal integrity, and power integrity analysis using CAD software
    • Perform FPGA and board verification using simulation tools
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in product design with expertise in high-speed digital circuitry, FPGA design, digital signal processing, high-speed interfaces, and signal integrity tools
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
    • Proficiency in RF design, high-speed ADC/DAC chips, FPGA SoC devices, and embedded processors
    • Experience in Verilog or VHDL FPGA design, digital system design, and wireless communication systems
    • Familiarity with DDR memory, high-reliability digital systems, and communications theory
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
    Additional Details

    This full-time role is based in Gaithersburg, MD, requiring on-site presence from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
