    Job DescriptionEastern Industrial Automation is a leading provider of innovative industrial automation solutions. We specialize in offering top-tier products and services to streamline operations and enhance productivity for our clients across various industries. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. We offer a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment that recognizes individuals within an aggressive team environment and reward for each order received—Yes, additional compensation for every order entered


    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and meeting sales targets.
    • Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers.
    • Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Assist with warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery, etc.) when needed.
    • Ability to lift up to 75lbs

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with industrial automation products and solutions is preferred.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
