In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating onboarding and orientation programs tailored to nursing and healthcare personnel. Collaboration with the Director of Clinical Professional Development will be essential to adjust programs based on evaluation results, ensuring ongoing improvement and effectiveness, while also ensuring compliance with NICU RN licensure requirements.
