Senior Manager and Global Head of Physical Security

Things You'll Do

Proactive Risk Mitigation: Conduct ongoing threat assessments, develop proactive risk mitigation strategies, and oversee physical security assessments for executive residences.
Crisis Management Leadership: Lead crisis management planning, develop scenario-based simulations, and oversee crisis response efforts to protect personnel and assets.
Guard Operations Enhancement: Optimize guard operations through technology adoption, champion best practices, and collaborate with law enforcement during major security incidents.
Investigative Excellence: Oversee investigations of security incidents, collaborate with external agencies, and champion the development of advanced investigative techniques.
Champion Change: Lead change initiatives related to physical security, guide teams through transitions, and proactively address potential resistance.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years in physical security leadership roles, ideally in a tech-forward or dynamic environment, with a track record of driving innovation and managing complex security programs.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of physical security technologies, access control systems, surveillance techniques, and threat detection methodologies.
Crisis Management Acumen: Experience in crisis preparedness, incident response, and business continuity planning.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex threats, develop proactive mitigation strategies, and influence company-wide security policies.
Change Leader: Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives, addressing resistance, and fostering a culture of security awareness.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate organizational dynamics with diplomacy.
