We're looking for a problem solver who can use their skills to help perform detailed analyses, including the evaluation of the detectability of airborne systems and survivability analyses of systems and platforms to be deployed in future combat scenarios. This is an opportunity to hone your technical abilities on significant and technical problems, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.

Our modeling and simulation team performs a variety of classified analyses of future weapon and platform concepts for DoD clients. We develop the detailed models and simulations as required by those analyses. That's why we need you, a physicist or mathematician, with an interest in RF systems, radar signal processing, antenna modeling, and operational approach assessments. While working with a diverse-experienced team, you'll perform modeling tasks, radar signal processing code development, and the refinement of models in Fortran, C++, MATLAB, and Simulink. You'll directly impact the DoD's mission by helping determine what tactics, techniques, and procedures improve survivability and decrease vulnerability against foreign threat systems as well as helping make an informed decision for the acquisition of future systems.

You Have:

• Knowledge of AOF coding
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Winter 2023, Spring 2024, or Summer 2024

• Experience with coding in MATLAB, C, C++, FORTRAN, or Python
• Experience with engineering and mathematics
• Experience with modeling and simulation
• Experience with Linux
• Knowledge of radar principles for antennas, signal processing, and track filters
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Secret clearance
• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
