    Clinician Wanted

    Location: Bloomsburg Office

    Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

    Compensation: $ 102,000.00

    Status: Exempt

    Job Description: The clinician is responsible for counseling, examining, diagnosing, evaluating, and treating patients with a range of reproductive health concerns including sexually transmitted infections. The clinician will work in consultation with the Medical Director to provide appropriate treatment and care based on the current CDC STI Treatment Guidelines.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform medical screening/examinations on clients for STIs.
    • Provides treatment for STIs and other reproductive health issues.
    • Provide medical care/treatment for clients living with HIV.
    • Thoroughly document all care in clinic's EHR.
    • Assist in the planning and implementation of clinic services/programs.
    • Providing information on STIs, treatment options, and other related needs.

    Requirement:

    · Currently licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor in Pennsylvania

    · 1-3 years' experience, including experience in reproductive health or infectious disease preferred but not required

    · BLS Certification

    Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Experience in dealing with medically underserved populations and cultural competency
    • Knowledge, comfort, and experience in dealing with sexual health
    • Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required

    Application and Hiring Process

    Interviews will be on a rolling basis until the position is filled. Initial applicants will be reviewed beginning on May 6, 2024. Those candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted with five business days of the initial review process to schedule an interview. Interviews may be conducted virtually or in person.
