    Job DescriptionJob Summary:
    Hours are 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, some overtime on Fridays as needed. Pay is depending on experience.
    We are seeking a skilled Fabric Cutter to join a furniture manufacturing team in Conover As a Fabric Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting fabric according to specific patterns and measurements. This is a crucial role in our garment production process, ensuring accurate and precise cuts for the creation of high-quality garments.

    Qualifications:
    • Strong knowledge of cutting tools and equipment (specifically Lectra operating experience)
    • Experience operating sewing machines is a plus
    • Ability to accurately measure and cut fabric according to patterns
    • Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
