This position is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties such as receiving, inspecting inventory and preparing orders for shipment. Hours:

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm)
Tuesday/Thursday (8:30am - 7pm) - on occasion

The Distribution Warehouse Associate is responsible for following established procedures while carrying out various functions in a manner that reflects the company's commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
Following all OSHA and company safety policies and requirements.
Loading and unloading trucks that arrive or need to be shipped out.
Measuring slabs accurately
Photographing slabs for inventory database.
Following proper procedures regarding incoming and outgoing paperwork.
Helping retail clients with slab movements and selections.
General housekeeping duties (kitchen, bathroom, and breakroom)
Miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
Able to lift 25 pounds; up to 45 pounds on an unassisted basis.
Able to walk up and down 6ft ladder to get on and off truck beds.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced distribution center environment, and work extended hours as needed.
Detail oriented.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Overhead Crane experience preferred.
Forklift Certification preferred.
Medical Card needed to drive non-CDL truck.
