Full-Time Banquet Server

Location: Daytona, Florida

Hours: Full-Time, 8-14 hours per day, weekends required

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests during various events and functions. This position requires flexibility, as shifts may vary between 8-14 hours and will include weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms as per the event requirements, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Clear tables and clean banquet areas during and after events.
• Communicate effectively with the banquet captain, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and addressing guests' needs to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must adhere to the location's uniform policy and wear appropriate attire, including black slip resistant shoes.
