- Responsible for preparing standard reports for clients, management and staff utilizing the ProAct suite of reporting tools which include Microstrategy and SSRS
- Responsible for providing support to current team members in terms of reporting and content clarification
- Assists with running reports and actively participates in all aspects of the ProAct reporting environment
- Assists in data file error reporting processes
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Associates Degree or higher
- Preferred: 1-year previous experience in a health benefits related field
- Must be proficient with prior experience using Excel
- Must possess knowledge of security concepts applicable to this role and function.
