**Job Summary**
The Co-Manager of Delivery is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the logistics of the delivery program as well as managing and holding the delivery team accountable for policy and procedure, compliance, delivery inventory, payment and all other delivery objectives of MedMen store operations. The Co-Manager of Delivery oversees the optimization of delivery through Onfleet with the ultimate goal of efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of deliveries and proactively solves delivery-related problems. This position leads a team that implements and continuously improves the Five-Star delivery process.
**Job Functions**

Manage Onfleet navigation system to assign and optimize delivery routes to drivers.
Select a collection of delivery orders (tasks) utilizing the Onfleet dashboard to assign to drivers.
Ensure all local, county and state guidelines and cannabis delivery regulations are being followed including:
+ Follow maximum retail delivery amount per driver
+ Ensure all orders are within daily compliance purchase limits
Create a route as soon as delivery orders are ready and assign to drivers to ensure timeliness in dispatch and delivery.
Notify drivers when an order is assigned.
Communicate delivery issues to customers/patients within Onfleet.
Ensure delivery address correct, a physical address and is within local, county and state regulations for delivery.
Work with Operations team to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of orders to be prepared and packages for delivery customers/patients.
Check all cannabis orders against the pick receipt with the driver before placing in the storage box for delivery.
Complete Delivery Cash Reconciliation form before and after each delivery run and report any discrepancies.
Ensure drivers complete Delivery Driver Checklist at the beginning of shift before going on any delivery run.
Complete till bags for drivers, reconcile all cash, and cashless ATM transactions and maintain cashless ATM and pick receipts.
Ensure scheduled drivers have the Onfleet app toggled to On Duty at all times during their scheduled shifts.
Reconcile returned product after each delivery back into inventory.
Report any deviation from Onfleet navigation except for BCC approved fuel or vehicle repair stops. Ensure that Stop Log is completed to notate.
Maintain delivery documents at the store.
Oversee and execute all initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plan.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within retail stores.
Communicates, works closely and successfully collaborates with other Co-Managers to achieve organizations goals.
If applicable, conduct ride-along trainings with delivery drivers to ensure they deliver a Five-Star Hospitality Experience to every customer/patient and provide feedback for ongoing development.
Partner with MedMen Human Resources team in the following HR functions:
+ Interview, recruit and hire to fill open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume tier.
+ Train managers and employees in expected delivery operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOPs, compliance audits, MedMen Minute and P + P.
+ Set up training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training is complete.
+ Ensure continuous training and development with team members through LMS utilization.
+ Write and deliver on team members performance in partnership with GM to determine succession plans and build bench strength.
+ Performance manage and coach team members on poor performance and violation of company and compliance policies in partnership of GM and HR.
Provide leadership, training, guidance, and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the store.

**Basic Qualifications**
Minimum 21 years of age.
Minimum 2 years of operational logistics experience supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail.
Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with significant P&L responsibility.
Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems.
Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures used to develop strategies designed to improve the business.

Must pass MVR with clean driving record free of traffic violations.
A Valid Driver License
A vehicle meeting the below requirements (in addition to any local, county, state regulations/requirements) for cannabis delivery purposes:
+ Registered to you.
+ Car insurance in your name that is state-compliant and specifically covers the delivery of cannabis product.
+ FL Specific: Cannabis delivery vehicle provided

This job operates in a professional retail setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This job routinely works around or in moving objects or vehicles.
This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires a flex schedule, long hours, nights, weekend work and holiday availability.
**Physical Requirements**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
