Job summary
This position requires office presence of a minimum of5 days per week and is only located in Columbia, Maryland.
The role involves owning the day-to-day health of assigned Service Desk ticket queues on a large government contract. It includes triage and prioritization of incoming demand, assigning tickets to technical resources, removing blockers and managing to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance objectives.
