    Our client is a New Zealand-owned company with more than 20 years' experience in the natural health industry.

    They are passionate about their customers, brand and people and are looking for a likeminded Customer Services Representative to join their team.

    You will be responsiblefor providing sales support to the wholesale, online, MLM members, and external sales teams. Pivotal to the role is reviewing how to improve and enhance the customer experience, to grow sales.


    Duties include:
    Customer service via phone, email, and online chat
    Processing of orders, payments, credits
    Website maintenance, update out of stock messages online.
    Administration support to the external sales team and to ensure the efficient daily operations of the office.
    Review open sales orders, track and trace enquiries, process, and release back orders.
    Accurate data entry and updating of the databases and software.
    Assist warehouse pick, pack and dispatch and Click and Collect when required.

    The successful candidate must have:
    Proven experience in a customer service and sales role
    Ability to build strong working relationships with customers.
    Computer literacy and data entry accuracy
    Strong written and communication skills
    Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
    Commercial acumen and intuition to ensure optimal business operations.

    The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for customer service, building rapport with ease, and above all, have a passion for delivering service excellence.
