Description
Carolinas Hospitalist Group - University City is actively recruiting a dynamic Hospitalist Physician to join their team that consists of 12 physicians and 4 APPS.
About the position:
100% adult medicine
Work schedule from 7 pm. to 7 a.m.
No on call
18 rounding encounters + 2-3 rounds with APP
Who you are:
Board certified or eligible MD/DO
Licensed in North Carolina or willingness to become licensed

Atrium Health University is a 130-bed acute care facility located in Charlotte's University area.
The campus offers a range of healthcare services in the university City, Mint Hill, North Mecklenburg, and Southwest Cabarrus regions in North Carolina.
Over the past 25 years, our hospital has been serving the Charlotte area and we have worked to add new services and more specialized physicians and programs to meet the growing healthcare needs of our community.

Education, Experience and Certification:
Degree of MD or DO from accredited medical school
Board Eligibility in a clinical discipline is required; Board Certification in a clinical discipline is required within three years of start date/contract effective date; Once obtained, Maintenance of Certification is required
PATIENT POPULATION SERVED:
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to age specific issues and data reflective of the patient's status.

Will share information only on a need to know basis for work purposes
Access to verbal, written and electronic PHI for this job has been determined based on job level and job responsibility within the organization.
