    • Be a a core subject matter expert in the arenas of sales systems and processes for NexHealth's sales team.
    • Facilitate Salesforce user support for our sales team members.
    • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to quality check system changes pre-deployment.
    • Identify and propose improvements to business systems to drive usability and efficiency.
    • Create and maintain go-to-market reporting for our Sales and Marketing teams.
    2+ years working for SaaS company.


    Salesforce certification not required, but you should be able to answer questions you'd typically find on a Certified Member (level 1) test.


    • Experience supporting B2B sales representatives.
    • High degree of comfort explaining concepts like sales development, demo handoff, inbound vs. outbound, etc.
    • Creative and structured problem-solving approach.
    • Comfort operating in high-pressure environment.
    • A growth mindset.
