- We are seeking a data scientist for the Soccer Operations department with D.C. United.
- Analyze data from all aspects of soccer operations
- Collaborate within strategy and analytics department, as well as across soccer operations departments
- Prepare written and/or automated reports for presentation to soccer operations personnel
- Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, data science, machine learning, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of programming for data analysis, preferably using R, Python, Julia, and/or other related tools
- Experience building dashboards, web applications, and/or interactive data visualizations with any tool (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Shiny, Tableau, Dash, etc)
- We are seeking candidates to be a part of our journey in our quest for continued organizational growth and another MLS Cup.
