    • The efficient processing and planning of Company aircraft operations in accordance with statutory requirements and Company policy as defined in the OM (overflight/landing permits, handling and fuel arrangements, additional supplementary services)
    • United states based role supporting our European operations.
    • Preparation and monitoring the validity of operations with regards to:
    • Crew flight briefs
    • Operational Flight plans, including airfield performance and airfield categorization
    • Flight Time Limitations (FTL) schemes
    • airspace restrictions
    • and fuel requirements
    • Request slots/handling and permits as instructed by the Senior controllers or the SOP.
    • In cooperation with the Ops team, monitoring changes such as CTOTs, Airport slots, diversions and re-route or re-plan as necessary to achieve the best possible outcome.
    • Work closely with scheduling, crew, maintenance teams, and ground services, to coordinate all aspects of a flight. This involves ensuring that all necessary resources are in place and that any potential issues or delays are addressed promptly.
    • In cooperation with the Ops team, monitoring changes such as CTOTs, Airport slots, diversions and re-route or re-plan as necessary to achieve the best possible outcome.
    • Stay informed about aviation regulations and ensure that all flights comply with local and international aviation laws. This includes obtaining necessary permits and documentation for international flights.
    • Communicate with pilots, air traffic control, ground services, and other relevant parties to relay important information and coordinate activities.
    • In the event of unexpected issues or emergencies, initiating and coordinating appropriate emergency responses. Such as launching an ERP, rerouting flights, addressing maintenance or crew issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of flight plans, communication logs, and other relevant documentation.
    • Interact with Owner services to provide information about flight status, delays, or any other relevant details.
    • Assisting the Senior Operations Controller
    • Assisting the Managerial team with activating Operational Procedures, for example, Emergency Response Plans, Flight Watch and Overdue Aircraft Programs where applicable. These procedures form part of the Companys Safety and Quality Management Manual
    • Reports to the Senior Duty Manager

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
    • Proven flight planning and operational experience, ideally gained within a Business Aviation environment.
    • Knowledge and understanding on national and international aviation regulations and the effect on day-to-day operational requirements is a plus.
    • Ideally, experience in a similar role within a similar organization, together with the ability to deal with complex operational issues inherent to a fast-moving environment.
    • Experience of forming and maintaining working relationships across professional and operational boundaries.
    • Experience of working in teams, including influencing colleagues into delivering consistently high standards.
    • Experience of continued personal development, including ongoing training and mentoring to promote a cohesive team atmosphere and enjoyable working conditions.
    • Ability and willingness to work early & late shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
