    Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $ / hour.

    Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights

    The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the Lake City Care Center in Lake City, MN for our TCU (transitional care unit) patients physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to skilled nursing facility, state and federal guidelines.

    Nursing schedule includes;

    32 hours in two weeks
    Night shift
    Every other weekend and holiday rotation

    The Lake City Care Center is owned by the Mayo Clinic Health System with the daily operations managed by Ebenezer.

    At any given time, as many as 90 people call the care center (LTC and TCU) their home.

    The care center is connected to a Mayo clinic and hospital, so transitional and long-term care residents don't have to leave the building for a clinic appointment or emergency care if needed.

    Responsibilities/Job Description:
    Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
    Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
    Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
    RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
    Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

    Qualifications:

    Required:
    Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
    Current MN RN license
    AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

    BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.

    BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
    0-1 years of experience


    Preferred:
    0-3 years of experience
    TCU LPN/RN experience
    Basic computer skills
