- Established practice catering to the West Central Illinois community
- Current team comprises two Physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider
- Experienced clinical and non-clinical staff familiar with patients and the community
- Allocated administrative time with flexible scheduling for enhanced patient access
- Integrated system with clinics and hospitals using Epic EMR for improved care coordination

- $5000 annual CME fund, 4 weeks PTO during guarantee period, 6 weeks PTO post-production, and 5 days annual CME leave

- Primary care for patients of all ages with an average of 20-25 daily

- Optional hospital rounding at a local facility (from newborns to adults)
- MD or DO qualification
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Illinois medical and surgical practice license
