Manager, Macro Space Strategy - United States

Support the Sr Manager in executing macro space strategy initiatives process improvements and the development of new floor planning solutions Act as the domain expert responsible for translating strategic goals into comprehensive detailed business requirements and use cases for new tools and capabilities Play a key role in scoping and managing proof of concept projects for innovative floor planning tools Collaborate with cross functional partners to implement and sustain processes and controls that maintain a digital twin of the physical store environment ensuring planograms are accurately mapped to store layouts Own the detailed business requirements definition validation for assigned solution features ensuring seamless integration into the business operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- 30 Lead space transformation projects to design and implement new processes and capabilities that contribute to the continuous improvement of the team
- 20 Manage project timelines to ensure Space Planning deliverables are met and provide a high quality deliverable for business customers
- 20 Manage development of space planning analytics to produce actionable insights for merchants that drive space productivity growth
- 10 Participate in weekly meetings with cross functional teams to participate in business discussions and provide space planning expertise contributing to strategic merchandising plans for the business.
- 10 Manage associate development through training feedback
