Job Purpose:

Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.

Duties:

• Answering inbound calls and service calls
• Greeting Porsche customers upon arrival and assisting each person have an excellent experience
• Operate busy switchboard & communicate efficiently with all customer & internal teams
• Ensure you are up to date with all needed Porsche training requirements
