    Job Description

    Manpower Analyst

    Thompson Gray, a quickly expanding employee-owned organization, is in need of a Fleet Manager to join our team at Redstone Arsenal.

    Your Role: As the selected candidate, you will act as a Logistics Management Specialist, utilizing your expert knowledge in logistics to plan projects within the Program Executive Office, Combat Support, and Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS) Fleet Management functions. Your responsibilities will involve policy development, ensuring standardization, configuration management, and coordination of fleet plans and programs for system acquisition and fielding.

    The Fleet Manager will be supporting various functions and reporting to the Product Support Manager (PSM) for the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) office.

    Your Duties:

    • Collaborate with various Army departments and commands to ensure program requirements are identified and synchronized with production capabilities.
    • Participate in the development and update of distribution plans.
    • Analyze different aspects of fleet management to support subordinate product teams.
    • Recommend corrective actions based on funding profiles.
    • Develop cost-effective fleet plans and policies.
    • Maintain accurate fleet age information and review logistic support requirements.
    • Provide technical assistance on complex problems related to fleet management.
    • Represent the PMs'/PdMs' at conferences and meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Expertise in logistics management principles and Integrated Product Support (IPS).
    • Experience in using Total Enterprise Asset Management System (TEAMS) and Decision Support Tool (DST).
    • Understanding of Army force structure and equipment authorizations.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Existing SECRET security clearance.
    • Ability to work independently and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience.
