Job Summary:
The Project Manager III role provides senior-level project management leadership to support new product introductions, on-market product support, and portfolio initiatives within a regulated product development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects across product development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams
- Drive new product introduction programs from development handover through final launch and commercialization
- Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and third-party partners to achieve project milestones
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project performance and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Apply project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and project execution
- Facilitate effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution across diverse stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to design control and quality practices for regulated products
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience managing projects within regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or combination products
- Strong proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools, including Project management software
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global teams
- Solid knowledge of design control principles and good research and development practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced business degree
- Project Management Institute certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt experience
- Experience supporting global product launches and technical transfers

Pay Range:
$80/hr to $85/hr
