    Description
    Full time Onboarding Specialist - 1021

    A growing accounting firm is looking for a responsible individual that is tech savvy with great time management skills to oversee onboarding of their new clients that are mostly in the construction and real estate industry.

    Responsibilities:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6pm. Friday: 9am - 11:30 am
    • Set up and clean up new clients' files for monthly accounting, tax, and financial management services.
    • Conduct kick-off calls and implementation sessions for new clients.
    • Advise new clients based on clarity within their current financials.
    • Stay updated on accounting and technology developments to provide informed guidance.
    • Perform bookkeeping services for complex clients or those in transition.
    • Support onboarding of new clients to ensure support for primary bookkeeper.
    • Co-lead staff meetings and training sessions.
    • Provide support to other company departments such as Sales, HR, and Admin.
    Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of accounting experience.
    • QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online certification preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
    • Fluent in English and Yiddish.
    • Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
    • Sound judgment and ability to make decisions on complex challenges.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain an ego-free environment.
    • Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    Salary: $75k/Year + Benefits
