MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE

Property Management Company is actively looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area to join our team.

This management position is responsible for the daily operations of our Dallas portfolio comprising of 17 industrial properties totaling 1,621,811SF located in Arlington, Dallas, Grand Prairie, Irving and Richardson.

Responsibilities focus on the following:

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:

Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets, track monthly variance reports, operational analysis as well as forecasts.

Monitor accounts receivable and manage tenant default situations.
Review and approve all payable invoices.


PROPERTY OPERATIONS:
Oversee tenant and building construction work to ensure timely and accurate completion of construction projects.

Accountable for business and management aspects of the Dallas portfolio overseeing the operations, maintenance, administration, bids, and negotiating vendor contracts for maintenance and/or improvements for the properties.

Perform regular inspections, recommend and direct maintenance and reconditioning of properties as necessary.
Ensure vendor compliance with all contracts.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
5+ years of commercial property management experience.
Financial acumen extensive analytical and financial experience.
Ability to communicate proficiently, problem-solving/analytical skills.
Independent work ethic. x Excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and WORD.
Experience with SKYLINE, MRI or YARDI is preferred.
