Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team and oversee their commercial demolition projects.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Denver's regulations and hold a Class B (F12) commercial license.

You will also manage the demolition crews on site, coordinate with other construction members, and handle the project budgets.

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, and at least 2/3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Supervisor.

We are looking for someone who is willing to grow with this client and take on more responsibilities in the future.

Must Have's:
3+ years of construction project management experience
Demolition experience
Class B License (Denver County)
