    Learn more about us at OverviewNewCold is seeking a Jr. Implementation Specialist to assist our Implementation Team and help to support our rapidly growing business As a Jr.

    Implementation Specialist your focus will be assisting our Implementation leadership team, Specialists and Managers in daily activities and learning about our Implementation process to ensure projects are delivered on time.

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Jr.

    Implementation Specialist will play an important role within our Implementation Team by accomplishing the following key responsibilities:


    • Assist Implementation Team with daily tasks and activities for the implementation and execution of new projects and sites including; WMS implementations, site openings and operational solution implementations.
    • Coordinate and manage travel schedules for Implementation and Operations teams.
    • Assist Implementation Managers on site during the startup of NewCold sites.
    • Draft documentation and reporting for Implementation team including Standard Operating Proceduresand Warehouse & Inventory Management.
    • Provide support to the Site Operations team to help ensure KPI's are met and in line with the Operational Services Agreement and AOP.
    • Manage process flow and interaction between Operations and Implementation teams and leadership.
    • Gain an understanding of the Supply Chain industry, Warehouse Management Systems and NewCold best practices.
    Requirements

    • 0-2 years of experience in the Supply Chain or Warehousing industry.
    • An interest in developing a career in the fast-paced and growing Supply Chain industry
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
    • Experience with Excel is preferred.
    • Willingness to travel 20-50% of the time.
    Education/Certification

    • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
