    You must self-motivated, with a lot of energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment. You should also have the desire to work both independently and as a team.


    Specific duties include:
    Financial management of propertyEnsure all rental and employment practices comply with federal, state, and local lawsProvide excellent customer service for residentsSupervise safety and high-quality maintenanceMaintain accurate and well-organized tenant filesOther duties as assignedWeekend hours required on a rotating basisSkills/Qualifications:Three years' experience in Property Management or related fieldMS Office: Word, Excel and OutlookExperience with Yardi preferredExperience with LIHTC/Affordable Housing program preferredCollege degree preferred
