    Join Our Team as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Nurse Exciting Opportunity for Experienced CVOR Nurses to Make a Difference We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Nurse to join our dynamic surgical team.

    This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a wide range of critical cardiac cases, including coronary artery bypass surgeries.

    Required Skills Strong cardiovascular thoracic surgery experience, specifically with bypass procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Proficiency with Epic EMR system. Current CPR (BLS), ACLS certifications, and CNOR credential with CCI verification. Ability to work in high-pressure situations with professionalism and competence. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Flexibility to work either 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday or 12-hour shifts, including one or two nights per week, with on-call duties every three weeks.

    Must reside within 100 miles of the facility; no first-time travelers considered. Nice to Have Skills Previous experience working in trauma or urgent surgical cases. Additional certifications or specialized training in cardiac or thoracic nursing. Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities. Preferred Education and Experience Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2-3 years of CVOR experience, with a focus on bypass surgery. Knowledge of perioperative care and surgical workflows. Other Requirements Availability to start on or before February 23, 2026. Reliable transportation within 100 miles of the facility. Demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team in a high-acuity setting.
