Our construction company needs an experienced construction project manager to supervise project plans and oversee general contractors to ensure their work is high-quality, finished efficiently, and within the predetermined budget.

• Conduct business with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors to negotiate profitable contracts
• Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects
• Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained, and schedule maintenance if needed
• Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites, and reporting safety regulation issues promptly
• Inform key stakeholders of the status of the project by producing regular progress reports Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles
• Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus
• 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager
• PMP certification is a plus
• Finished training for OSHA 30 license Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
