    Description
    We are looking for a Procurement Contract Manager to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will determine and execute on the opportunities for supplier and contract consolidation, renegotiation or termination, project manage and execute key workstreams, coordinate cross-functionally, and operate at all levels of the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify shared and net new suppliers between the acquired and parent companies. Determine supplier transition plans based on your review of the contracts as well as data gathered from teams and the acquired company
    • Manage and execute on the approved supplier strategy
    • Support data gathering, data migration, QA/testing, and data upload activities
    • Manage and support the creation, disposition and tracking of supplier assignment and termination letters
    • Manage reports, dashboards, and statuses and provide clear and timely communications to internal stakeholders, management, M&A team, etc.
    Requirements:
    • 5 + years of direct experience in Contracts Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sourcing OR (combination of below experience & education)
    • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or related degree program
    • Excellent understanding of contracts and contract management
    • Experience developing and executing negotiation strategies
