    Wazee Crane, a division of Timken Motor & Crane Services LLC, is seeking a full-time Shop Hand located in Broomfield, CO.The role of the Shop Hand is to handle the physical shipping and receiving of materials and equipment, as well as material handling, organizing, and clean and prep of manufactured goods. This position also takes care of the general upkeeping of stock inventory, including but not limited to, steel, electrical components, and painting materials. This position reports into the Manufacturing Supervisor.

    Essential Job Responsibilities
    • Ability to pull parts, receive, and store inventory cycle count
    • Preserve, package, make boxes, and ship
    • Load and unload parts using forklifts and/or overhead cranes
    • Ensure cleanliness of the shop, performing duties as assigned and identified
    • Complete forklift and crane daily inspections as needed
    • Assist with the setup of equipment, fans, and shields
    • Allocating and pulling material for production
    • Material handling and organizing storage areas
    • Prepare equipment surface, clean and mask, prior to application of paint coatings
    • Apply various markings to equipment including decals
    • Communicate received materials and equipment to relevant personnel, i.e., direct supervisor, team members, service department
    • Assist with inventory management
    • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and scissor lift
    • Assist any/all shop departments as required
    • Other duties as assigned
    Knowledge and Technical Skills
    • High school degree or GED equivalent required
    • One year of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, 2 years preferred
    • Able and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
    • Understand, perform, and retain various skill-related training and operational and safety procedures

    The hourlycompensation for this role is$20-$24per hour plus a $250 annual tool reimbursement, and is commensurate on experience and education, and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company's short-term incentive program, paid time off plan that includes 10 additional company paid holidays, 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) with company match after one (1) month of employment plus quarterly Core Defined Contributions, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
