    We are looking for an experienced Strategic Initiatives, Lead to join the Global Strategic Initiatives and Readiness Team at Snap In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects and initiatives that align with Snapchat's business objectives and vision. You will partner closely with Ads Monetization Leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive the business and our ambitious goals forward. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    What you'll do:

    • Analyze & Strategize: Identify areas of opportunity.Craft quantitative and qualitative insights and translate them into valuable business recommendations. Develop and package recommendations for communication to senior leadership.
    • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic projects, from early stage ideas into fully fleshed initiatives to implementation and enhancements.
    • Lead and collaborate : Work closely with business units and core ads monetization functions (e.g. Product, Marketing, Sales) to lead, develop and implement strategic initiatives. Coordinate, operationalize and drive execution for complex projects.


    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Problem-solving skills that enable you to independently translate a high-level vision into an actionable plan
    • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic projects or initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Superior business sense, problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
    • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving goals and delivering impact. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally
    • Knowledge of digital advertising sales


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
    • 7+ years experience in consulting or strategy and business operations role
    • Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders
    • Strong ability to communicate, motivate and influence


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management and driving/influencing change
    • Proven track record of delivering on projects in a matrixed organization
    • An operator mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to execute, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Passion for technology, social media, and digital innovation. Knowledge of the social media landscape and familiarity with Snapchat's products and platform

    Compensation
    In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
    Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
    The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.
    Zone B :
    The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually.
    Zone C :
    The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.
    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
