    Administrative Nurse Supervisor

    The Patient Care Administrative Nurse Supervisor is a senior registered nurse responsible for supervising and monitoring the Nursing department(s) on an assigned shift in accordance with nursing standards and practices. This position ensures the appropriate delivery of direct and indirect patient care via the utilization of the Nursing Process, creating a positive environment for professional practice.

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
    • 3 years of acute care charge or supervisory experience required

    This role requires strong leadership skills, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. The successful candidate will have progressive leadership experience and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) provider from the American Heart Association.
