Rate: $2,148/40-hours

Requirements:

1.5+ acute nursing care (hospital-based) and Home Care experience.
Valid Driver License.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance.
Acute care experience preferred.
Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS.
Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year.
1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment).
Massachusetts license.
BLS (AHA).
