Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support USWA's L&D team to execute on the Microsoft Dynamics on boarding program.
Understand USWA's CRM and align that with the knowledge base needed to successfully on board.
Using your knowledge of learning science or instruction al design, develop a variety of simple, effective training materials that cater to a wide range of competencies, priorities, and needs.
Coordinate logistics of USWA training events related to Microsoft Dynamics
Skills: Qualifications:
2-3 years of professional experience in Learning & Development and/or Instructional Design
Skilled in creating different forms of effective training content - competency in Articulate 360 a plus.
Strong familiarity with CRMs, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
Some experience with using LMS is a plus (SCORM, data and metrics performance tracking etc.)
Excellent communicator with astute project management skills.
