    Job Listing: Maid for Airbnb Rental Property

    Location: Rio Bravo Bakersfield

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a reliable and thorough maid to join our team and provide cleaning services for our Airbnb rental property. This position requires the ability to work independently and efficiently, ensuring that the property is cleaned and prepared for the next guest after each stay. The maid will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

    I'm looking for a passionate, independent, and friendly partner who embraces their sensuality and enjoys a playful and flirty connection. I prefer someone who is currently single, open-minded, and comfortable expressing their desires. Let's build a strong emotional bond based on trust, loyalty, and communication.

    Responsibilities:
    - Clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces, according to established standards.
    - Change bedding and replenish towels and toiletries after each guest check-out.
    - Dust and polish furniture, clean windows, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the property.
    - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
    - Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages to the property manager.
    - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

    Requirements:
    - Previous experience in housekeeping or maid services is preferred, but not required.
    - Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
    - Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
    - Good time management skills to ensure that the property is cleaned and ready for the next guest on time.
    - Strong communication skills to report any issues or concerns to the property manager.
    - Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and moving furniture.

    Schedule:
    - This is a part-time position, requiring availability for cleaning twice a month.
    - The maid will be responsible for cleaning the property after each Airbnb guest check-out.
    - Flexibility in scheduling is required, as guest check-out times may vary.

    Compensation:
    - Competitive hourly rate, to be discussed during the interview process.
