- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Have three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting. Related and/or equivalent experience may be substituted with approval.
- Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program.
- Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
