Working in one of our restaurants requires the ability to provide the highest level of customer service at all times in every circumstance.

• Developing and maintaining positive relations with all customers and employees.
• Answering questions about the restaurant, the menu and about casino operations completely and accurately.
• Consistently providing a positive image to all customers and employees.
• Performing all duties in compliance with all safety standards, all health standards, all internal policies and procedures, and in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
• Reporting to work on time as scheduled and ready to work. Wears and maintains uniform properly. (Must wear gaming license if in possession of one.)
• Maintains a general awareness of overall restaurant operations at all times. Alerts supervisor immediately of any concerns regarding the quality, selection and variety of all food and beverage.
• Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintains a clean and safe work environment including identifying anyunsafe practices or conditions and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of any unsafe conditions as directed.
• Complies with established security policies and procedures and follows established security protocols to ensure the restaurant environment is safe at all times.
• When appropriate assists with cleaning tables and other responsibilities as directed.
• Ensure all side work is complete as assigned.
• Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
