THE POSITIONThe Unit Supervisor is responsible for the direct provision of patient care and for assisting the nurse manager and assistant nurse manager with daily operations, including, but not limited to, coordination of patient care/outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, patient rounding, physician rounding, retention of staff, providing feedback to management team regarding performance evaluations, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements.

    Must maintain RN licensure within good standing with the NC Board of Nursing and maintain/obtain all required certifications.
