    Posit ion Summary:

    The Executive Administrative Assistant provides support to the President and Chief Clinical Officer who will provide considerable supervision and direction.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
    • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
    • File and process licenses and applications as necessary for new clinic locations.
    • NDA Tracker- Keep track of all signed NDA's with third parties.
    • Order and maintain supplies for the equipment, department, and staff.
    • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
    • Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments , and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
    • Communicate with clients and members of other departments.
    • Organize documents and files.
    • Run errands as necessary.
    • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    Minimum Requirements:

    3-5+ years of administrative assistant experience or equivalent professional experience

    • Proficient with Excel
    • Solid knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong work ethic; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interact effectively with clients, administration, and staff.
    • Requires the ability to communicate with clients as well as target groups of diverse individuals.
    • Customer service oriented

    Preferred Requirements :

    • Experience working as an Executive Assistant to multiple Executives.
    • Working directly with the President and Chief Clinical Officer
