    Job Summary: The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing/communication initiatives to promote the Amigos brand and drive traffic/revenue. The Marketing Director works with Operations and other Marketing team members to manage social media and enhance brand awareness, while directing the Marketing staff on day-to-day initiatives. This position will be "hands on" and growth focused responsible for managing all aspects of the brand's marketing campaigns, operations, as well as promoting the Amigos brand and culture. The Marketing Director is part of the Executive Leadership team and be responsible for collaborating with the CEO & Operations team to create and execute an integrated marketing strategy that enhances brand recognition while driving sales revenue, profitability, and guest loyalty proactively and effectively.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the marketing team to develop campaigns/promotions that drive sales, to further develop the brand's social media strategy.
    • Directly oversee and manage the creation and implementation of all branding, collateral, promotional materials, advertising creative, menu design, and general graphic design, with the assistance of the Graphic Designer
    • Directly oversee and manage the execution and coordination of all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
    • Provide restaurants with localized marketing materials and menus.
    • Develop, design, and submit content for all digital marketing (website, email, social, other.)
    • Analyze marketing data/feedback on social media platforms and make recommendations on how to improve.
    • Manage and work with external resources, i.e., creative agencies to develop and oversee advertisements (print and online), produce menu photos and TV/social media video shoots for new food campaigns, and design printed collateral to support sales efforts and guest needs.

    Job Education and Experience:

    • Requires advanced communication and management skills at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree preferably with an emphasis in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or related field.
    • Marketing management experience within the hospitality/service restaurant industry preferred.

    Job Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

    • Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and email campaign platforms such as Constant Contact and Mailchimp will be highly regarded.
    • Ability to demonstrate a high level of critical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, advanced communication, writing, and grammar skills.
    • Attention to detail is essential and being able to follow through on tasks, etc.
    • Must have a high level of organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage a significant number of projects simultaneously while under pressure and meet deadlines.
