    is looking for a passionate Email Marketing Manager to help us maximize the effectiveness of our Email and SMS channels.

    This role is crucial for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, customer acquisition, and improve customer retention.

    Reports to the VP of eCommerce.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the end-to-end Email/SMS marketing process, including:
    Campaign planning
    Creative briefs and project management
    Writing impactful copy
    Scheduling and deployment
    Automation and segmentation
    Testing and optimization
    Performance tracking
    Create engaging and relevant email and SMS content for a daily send cadence
    Collaborate with designers and site merchandisers to ensure strong channel performance
    Implement customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns
    A/B test subject lines, content, and designs to optimize email performance, increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of email campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results
    Partner with analyst to create reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
    Ensure integration of email marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategy
    Manage email marketing tools, platforms, and vendors to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage advanced features and capabilities with our email platform
    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to keep our campaigns fresh, innovative, and competitive


    Desired Skills and Experience:
    Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    3+ years of experience in email marketing at an eCommerce company, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful email and SMS campaigns
    Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) with hands-on experience in campaign creation, segmentation, and analytics
    Strong understanding of email marketing principles, tactics, and best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, deliverability, and compliance
    Experience with Monday Project Management platform a plus
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI
    Team player with excellent communication skills
