Responsibilities
Accountable to achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned geography by executing the company's strategies and tactics.
Utilizes the company's resources in order to drive new adopters of Volta products and services and create a strategic growth pipeline.
Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, KOL development, EP staff, key administrators and purchasing personnel, and relevant C-Suite hospital executives, in order to drive Volta commercialization.
Drives the regional business plan, in line with company objectives and KPIs, through regular communications to the team, providing assessments of current business status, commercial growth opportunities and the action plan to achieve the business plan.
Manages new feature launches, communicates pricing aligned with company policies, creates budgetary proposals, and manages new and existing contracts and agreements.
Manages managing all aspects of the customer groups, which includes members of hospitalsystems/IDNs/GPOs/VA,
teaching, city, and community hospitals.
Provides product, technical and clinical support as needed during EP procedures in which Volta's products are used.
Manages the deployment and installation of Volta's technology in hospitals and medical centers.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in the field of
science/engineering
(biomedical preferred) or related field or equivalent experience in cardiac electrophysiology
Cardiac electrophysiology certification from a credentialed program is a plus
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant EP or CRM experience, with preference
for EP experience
Cardiac electrophysiology mapping experience is preferred
Preference will be given to candidates with previous medical device sales experience
Cardiology/cardiovascular
or medical device industry, with EP experience is preferred
