- Oversee a team of over 30 legal assistants supporting over 100 attorneys across the organization
- Communicate via phone call, email and text with attorneys to gather required information in order to further cases and assist attorneys
- Confirm that all attorneys are being supported on a consistent basis
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure accountability for direct reports
- Perform onboarding, training and ensure highest level of output for the Legal Assistant team
- 3+ years of previous legal assistant management experience
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience in a large law firm preferred
- Litigation experience preferred
