ATTENTION ALL CALL CENTER AGENTS, DISPATCHERS AND RETAIL MANAGEMENT

We are looking for only the best team members to join our team of Client Service Agents

No experience necessary We have a great training program

The ideal candidate will be conscientious, patient, approachable, and accommodating. They will have a preference for detailed, skill-based work while producing highly precise and accurate work. They will need have great problem solving skills, able to multitask in a fast paced call center environment.

Duties of our Client Service Agents:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Taking payments
• Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
• Maintain technician routes
• Communicate with office personnel and field technicians in a professional courteous manner.

• Have call center experience (preferred but not required)
• Be able to pass a background
• Be able to pass a drug screening
• Be available Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday
