    Description
    Manufacturing Engineer

    LHH is currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer for a full-time position in Dayton Ohio.

    This is an ideal role for a professional with experience in the design of custom capital equipment ready to grow their career.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Work with leadership and production teams to conduct capacity studies.

    Work with internal and external stakeholders to design parts, mechanical assemblies, and capital equipment to meet specific needs in SolidWorks.

    Manage project process including working directly with customers to meet demand.
    Developed Project cost estimations and budgeting.
    Create and review shop drawings and bill of materials for custom projects.
    Identify and lead opportunities for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    3 plus years of experience managing capacity studies
    Experience in custom manufacturing environment


    Employment Type:
    Full-time

    Benefits:
    Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k plans

    Hours:
    Monday through Friday 8-4

    Salary:
    $75,000 to 95,000/year based on experience
