As a Lead in Curbside, you'll be the right-hand person to the Manager, fulfilling eCommerce online orders and ensuring the department is clean, organized, and provides top-notch customer service

• Experience as an in-store shopper or similar role
• Expert customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Coordinate department activities in the absence of the Manager
• Provide feedback on processes and procedures to improve business operations
• Supervise, develop, and train team members
• Ensure orders are accurately and promptly completed
• Maintain productivity standards and uphold safety and sanitation protocols

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting Customers with their orders, questions, and concerns
• Package and transport groceries to Customers' vehicles
• Address and resolve Customer concerns promptly
• Set an example of superior customer service for your team

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas
• Handle, load, and unload products following safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to product freshness and food safety

• Minimum age 18
• 1+ years of related experience
• 1+ years of experience as an In-Store Shopper or similar

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule
• Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects
